There is a large rodeo arena with 6 chutes. Outside of Town Plum River The river has very fast currents but if you're lucky, you'll find a nice bay in the river where you can take a dip, or who knows what else... 0 0 Brannaman Pass Between two large peaks is a large pass with trees scattered about. If you're feeling like a scenic walk, this is the place to do so. 0 0 Tyke's Peak A large peak on one side of Brannanman Pass. Very peaceful and dare I say romantic at the top where it had large meadows surrounded by trees. 0 0 Outskirts Raging River Ranch (2 sub-boards) You come up upon a private dirt road fenced pastures on either side of you, filled with pine trees along the fenceline. When finally you reach the end of the dirt road, you see a medium sized house along with a sterdy six stall barn equipped with small paddocks. As you look around, you see the mountains in the backdrop of the property, rolling hills here and there, with pine trees bunched in some areas with a few head of cattle grazing. Upon the back side of the land is a large stretch of Plum River, making it an excellent place to ride. The beauty of the land is untamed. The forest soon makes what it seems like, an abrupt ending as the clear horizon is in view and the barn is in sight. There are many large pastures sectioned off along with half the land just surrounded by one big fence as the owner still tries to figure out what will be done with it. There is a small house located after the drive takes a U-turn and you find yourself in the woods again. There is also a large pond located upon the half of acreage that is not partitioned. Dry Creek Ranch Neatly laid out on 45 acres, Dry Creek is a home for a good number of red angus cattle. The house is tightly knitted to the 6 stall barn to the front of the property with a covered arena and round pen area. To Craig, its just heaven. Residents: Craig Morgan 45 acres. 6 stall barn. 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bath. 0 0 Housing Vacant House One Residency: None 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath 0 0 Windy Hieghts You drive up the small wooden drive way to see a medium sized house with red bricks and a large brown door, You get out of your car and walk inside to find yourself in a hallway you look up and see the stairway. You walk straight To find the Kitchen with a smile dining room attached to the side. You walk around and find yourself in the living room and in the room beside a small bathroom. You walk up the straight stairway and into another hallway and turn the corner to the larger bathroom with a bath tub and Shower along with a small closet, and sink and toilet. You walk out and into the master bedroom with a walk in closet, master bed, and other items. And down the small hallway lead two smaller rooms, and the attic. The first story contains a spacious kitchen with the necessities, a den, dining room, half bathroom, laundry room, an office and also a deck off of the back. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a master full bathroom, two bedrooms which are connected by another full bathroom. There is also a 'bonus' room above the two car garage which could basically be anything. All for the rooms are generally large, over sized in a way, and the home also has two staircases; one in the front and one in the back. The back and front yards also have much space and the back yard is fenced in with a small pool, but a pool is a pool. Enjoy!
